Doug met at my convenience to access the damage and needed repair – even on the weekend. His initial estimate was $2,500 which was very close to the actual cost. He answered all my question and concerns, was willing to use materials in my home to save money, was respectful and kind, and even removed his shoes! Completed in time stated. Excellent results! Would hire him again in a minute!
